The resort , opened as the first and unique first class holiday village , opened in 1982 and till 2002 maintained  its function under the organization of Yaşar Holding. At the end of 2002 because it was  confiscated  by TMSF ,  remained close for 3 years. In April 2006 it was bought by Refik ETYEMEZ who is the owner of Koza Textile Mill. In the period of maintained in TMSF , its first class holiday village certificate was cancelled.  In 2006 season , with municipality concession  , commenced service and at winter times  continued its refurbishment  works and after 2009 summer season  with renewed  109 rooms continues its facility.

 Clup Datça Holiday Village is just 400 metres far away from city center , and in a position to zero to the sea and meeting place of blue and green.  In 14,500 square meters  area  , the resort was built without destroying the nature  and it has 500 tonne water capability swimming pool , one child pool , for 200 people restaurant (opendoors) , for 200 people breakfast hall(opendoors) , pool bar , and snack bar. In the complex located as blocks on the slope it has 103 standards , 5 suite and 1 disabled rooms so altogether it has 109 rooms and 230 beds. With garden and sea view , all of the rooms  have telephone , shower , WC , balcony , hair dryer , LCD tv , split air-conditioning , mini bar (empty) are available. For babies , baby bed is available.  24-hour reception service, wake up service, billiards, volleyball, public beach, TV room, power generator, parking place for 15 cars, safe box (at reception) are available. In our resort  we provide  room &breakfast  and room &breakfast &diner   concept  which is suitable for turkish cuisine.
